Ninja’s cleverly designed Double Stack XXXL is TechRadar’s favourite air fryer for good reason, providing up to a generous 9.5L in capacity in a much smaller footprint than most competitors with similar capacities, thanks mostly to its top-down layout.

If you have ‘air fryer’ on your Black Friday wishlist this year, Myer already has the Double Stack on sale for AU$259, a cool 57% (AU$340.99) off its RRP of AU$599.99. Granted, this discount only applies to the white colour, with the black available for a bit more at AU$299 from the same retailer.

We rated the Ninja Double Stack XXXL as the best overall air fryer currently available in Australia, earning high marks for its convenient top-down design and excellent cooking performance, with its unconventional form-factor still producing quality results.

“Everything I cooked came out just as good as I’d expected, with perfectly crispy chicken wings without the need for a drop of oil, and gorgeous fluffy fries with the perfect amount of bite,” said our Lifestyle Managing Editor Josephine Watson in her review.

Also highlighted was the useful inclusion of extra stainless steel racks, which can be slotted in above the main crisper plate to provide more cooking surface area.

The only major downsides we found with the Double Stack XXXL were that the form factor won’t be able to accommodate some of the larger food items that a more conventional two-basket air fryer can, and the comparably more expensive list price. But with this steep discount for Black Friday, the latter no longer applies.

For a praiseworthy air fryer that takes up a lot less countertop real estate – and still cooks really well to boot – this deal is really an early Black Friday 2025 highlight.
