No matter what type of bubbly beverage you prefer, there’s a perfect soda for almost every customer now. Whether you prefer Coca-Cola over Pepsi, choose diet soda instead of regular, or want your bubbles with a boost of protein or prebiotics, the ideal soda is probably available on grocery store shelves—but finding it might not be easy. Luckily, one limited-edition soda is officially going nationwide, and fans are already saying that “[their] fridge is getting stocked!”
Canada Dry Releases Strawberry Fruit Splash Ginger Ale Nationwide
In 2025, Canada Dry introduced a new Strawberry Fruit Splash Ginger Ale as part of the brand’s summer variety pack, sold in cans alongside Classic Ginger Ale and Cherry Fruit Splash. And while fans were excited about the new fruity flavor, some felt disappointed that the Strawberry Fruit Splash was only sold in packs of 36—especially since they mainly wanted the strawberry-flavored soda.
Now, the beverage brand is expanding its beloved flavor nationwide and rolling out Canada Dry Strawberry Fruit Splash solo. Fans couldn’t be more excited that the unique ginger ale flavor is back—and here to stay as part of the brand’s permanent portfolio.
“This one is delicious!!!” commented a fan on an Instagram post by food blogger @markie_devo, who shared the news of Strawberry Fruit Splash’s nationwide release. “I kept buying the variety packs just for this one.”
Other fans who tried the variety pack argue that the new “Strawberry [flavor] absolutely blows the Cherry version away,” which is high praise given the flavor’s popularity.
As for flavor, taste testers of the summer variety pack say the Fruit Splash Strawberry is “soooooo good!”
“I had the strawberry flavor at an event I went to today,” wrote one fan on Reddit, who reported that the “taste was pretty good and the strawberry flavor worked well with the ginger ale.” And, after trying the new soda for myself, I have to agree.
I love the Cherry Fruit Splash, but something about the new Strawberry flavor tastes way more refreshing. It’s not overly sweet, and you don’t get as much of a ginger bite as with Canada Dry’s standard ginger ale. Plus, unlike the Cherry, I don’t think that Strawberry Fruit Splash has the same hint of medicinal flavor that some sippers associate with ginger ale.
Canada Dry Strawberry Fruit Splash Ginger Ale is available nationwide as both regular and zero sugar varieties in single bottles and 12-pack cans. And don’t worry about grabbing as many cases as can fit in your cart, since Canada Dry’s Strawberry Fruit Splash Ginger Ale is officially here to stay.
