The last two Thanksgivings I’ve had to work in the mornings and the days after (yes, including the weekends), which has kept me from traveling to family members’ houses for the holiday. Instead, I’ve opted to cook Blue Apron meal kits for my husband and myself, and we’ve found that, while not a perfect substitute for tradition, they do make delicious holiday meals, and they would be perfect for those hosting a dinner party or larger gathering. Here’s why they worked so well.Blue Apron’s unique ingredients elevate classic dishes and make you look like a proBecause the holiday season gets so…

have revolutionized the way I program. When I first learned coding back in 2019, I wrote all the code, character for character. In hindsight, I’m grateful for this experience, due to the problem-solving mindset coding taught me. However, with AI agents, I believe I’m at least 10x more effective as an engineer than I used to be. This is because I’m utilizing AI agents to perform as many of the repetitive, mundane tasks as possible that I used to have to do. Previously, I had to: Manually find the indentation error in Python Perform long research by Googling for answers…

If you’re the kind of person who can burn toast without batting an eyelash, keep reading. Kitchen Aid’s got a toaster that takes the guesswork out of toasting, well, anything anything that can be toasted. Key Features and Findings I should say right up front that I’m a KitchenAid fan; I’ve had a stand mixer of theirs for more than a decade and wouldn’t trade it for anything. So when given the opportunity to test the company’s Pro Line Series automatic toaster, I took it! Before you let the price stop you from hitting the Buy button, hear me out…
Why It Works Whipping the ricotta in a food processor incorporates air, creating a light, mousse-like texture.Gently folding in only half of the caramelized shallots into the dip and reserving the rest to garnish preserves the dip’s aerated structure while distributing their sweetness throughout the dip. Few things draw people to a table faster than a good dip. It invites scooping, hovering, and repeated bites. This whipped ricotta dip builds flavor in stages, starting with shallots that are slowly cooked until golden and jammy—a nod to classic onion dip—then layered into a base that’s light, creamy, and savory. It’s a…
Google has officially debuted Gemini 3, marking a major upgrade for its AI models and the platforms that use them. New reasoning modes, fresh app features, and an overhaul of the Google ecosystem that could change how people engage with Google products in day-to-day life.Google Maps has always been good at getting me from point A to point B without drama, but with the latest update integrating Google’s Gemini AI, navigation is much more conversational and flexible. The update adds context-aware discovery and real-time suggestions that respond to what you are doing instead of just where you are going. The…

The settings page navigation…

As someone who identifies much more as a cook than a baker, I embrace each Christmas cookie season as a perfect time to learn at least one new skill, tip, or recipe. This year, I decided to…
