working as a machine learning engineer at a Big Tech company. On paper, I had a dream job: Flexible working Smart and friendly colleagues Great perks and benefits Good work-life balance Barely any meetings And my compensation was well over $100k Despite all of this, I always felt something was missing. I initially thought it was a phase and I needed to give it more time, but the feeling never seemed to go away as months passed. If anything, it grew stronger, and I started to feel unmotivated. I love this field so much; I’ve literally been blogging and filming…
AI recommendations are inconsistent for some brands and reliable for others because of cascading confidence: entity trust that accumulates or decays at every stage of an algorithmic pipeline. Addressing that reality requires a discipline that spans the full algorithmic trinity through assistive agent optimization (AAO). It also demands three structural shifts: the funnel moves inside the agent, the push layer returns, and the web index loses its monopoly. The mechanics behind that shift sit inside the AI engine pipeline. Here’s how it works. The AI engine pipeline: 10 gates and a feedback loop Every piece of digital content passes through…
Boost your skills with Growth Memo’s weekly expert insights. Subscribe for free! Most AEO “strategies” are tactic lists dressed up as long-term direction. They often break the first time a platform changes or leadership asks questions. A real AI SEO strategy starts with the business problem, builds on your brand’s unique advantages, and lets tactics come last. This week, we’re covering: How to identify your actual AI SEO challenge (it’s a business problem, not a channel problem). A three-part strategy document structure that survives leadership scrutiny and platform shifts. How to present AI SEO investment using scenario planning instead of…

[Submitted on 15 Oct 2025 (v1), last revised 2 Mar 2026 (this version, v3)] View a PDF of the paper titled TAO: Tolerance-Aware Optimistic Verification for Floating-Point Neural Networks, by Jianzhu Yao and 6 other authors View PDF HTML (experimental) Abstract:Neural networks increasingly run on hardware outside the user’s control (cloud GPUs, inference marketplaces). Yet ML-as-a-Service reveals little about what actually ran or whether returned outputs faithfully reflect the intended inputs. Users lack recourse against service downgrades (model swaps, quantization, graph rewrites, or discrepancies like altered ad embeddings). Verifying outputs is hard because floating-point(FP) execution on heterogeneous accelerators is inherently…
This classic Ashkenazi charoset tastes “just like Bubbe used to make,” says former Epi editor Alessandra Bulow, with finely chopped apples and toasted walnuts soaked in sweet Malaga wine and cinnamon. A touch of brown sugar adds depth, but the real hallmark here is texture: pleasantly chunky, not puréed. For that reason, we recommend dicing the apples by hand. (If you reach for the food processor, pulse carefully; you’re aiming for small pieces, not applesauce.)An essential part of the Passover seder plate, charoset doesn’t end there. Spoon leftovers over yogurt for breakfast (as food writer Devra Ferst suggests in her…
Introduction is the computational task of assigning colors to elements of a graph so that adjacent elements never share the same color. It has applications in several domains, including sports scheduling, cartography, street map navigation, and timetabling. It is also of significant theoretical interest and a standard subject in university-level courses on graph theory, algorithms, and combinatorics. A graph is a mathematical structure comprising a set of nodes in which some pairs of nodes are connected by edges. Given any graph, A node coloring is an assignment of colors to nodes so that all pairs of nodes joined by edges…
Google will begin enforcing a minimum daily budget for Demand Gen campaigns starting April 1, 2026. What’s happening: The Google Ads API will require a minimum daily budget of $5 USD (or local equivalent) for all Demand Gen campaigns. The change is designed to help campaigns move through the “cold start” phase with enough spend for Google’s models to learn and optimize effectively. The update will roll out as an unversioned API change, applying across all buying paths. Technical details: In API v21 and above, campaigns set below the threshold will trigger a BUDGET_BELOW_DAILY_MINIMUM error, with additional details available in…
Over the past year, I‘ve had hundreds of conversations with business leaders about AI. The pattern is always the same. They’re not short on tools or ambition. They’re struggling with where to get started and how to get value.
Builderius has released an experimental AI integration that connects Anthropic’s Claude to live WordPress projects through the Model Context Protocol. The release enables the AI to read the full state of a Builderius template and apply structural changes directly inside the visual development environment. Instead of generating isolated snippets of code, the system operates on the actual template, its styling system, and its data structure. Builderius announced the release on February 21, 2026. Users connect Claude to their own Builderius installation using their own subscription or API credentials. WordPress installations can be local or remote. Once connected, the AI reads…
