arXiv:2603.04366v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: Generative audio requires fine-grained controllable outputs, yet most existing methods require model retraining on specific controls or inference-time controls (\textit{e.g.}, guidance) that can also be computationally demanding. By examining the bottlenecks of existing guidance-based controls, in particular their high cost-per-step due to decoder backpropagation, we introduce a guidance-based approach through selective TFG and Latent-Control Heads (LatCHs), which enables controlling latent audio diffusion models with low computational overhead. LatCHs operate directly in latent space, avoiding the expensive decoder step, and requiring minimal training resources (7M parameters and $\approx$ 4 hours of training). Experiments with Stable Audio…

PPC platforms are asset-hungry. What began as simple text ads and keyword bidding has evolved into an AI-driven ecosystem. Tools inside Google Ads can now remove backgrounds, generate lifestyle scenes, and even create synthetic humans in minutes. But just because the technology allows it doesn’t mean every brand should use it. That shift forces PPC advertisers to confront difficult questions: Are you willing to trade efficiency for authenticity? How far up the stack should your brand let AI operate? If clients knew exactly where and how you were using AI, would they trust you, or would they question you? A…
WordPress has created three new plugins that make it easy to add OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude integration for the PHP AI Client SDK. The plugins enable text, image, function calling and web search support. Requirements For Using WordPress AI Plugin PHP 7.4 or higher is required to use these plugins and of course an API key for the AI model. Users on WordPress 6.9 will need to install the WordPress PHP AI client SDK. WordPress 7.0 which rolls out in early April will have the SDK integrated by default. The official WordPress.org documentation for the PHP AI client…

Such fine-grained evaluations, however, suffer from a data bottleneck: human gold-standard labels are too costly at this scale, while automated ratings are often misaligned with human judgment.…
Who should be able to build automations? Just IT, or everyone who needs them? It’s a surprisingly philosophical question for enterprise decision-makers. Give IT the reins, and you get more control but risk bottlenecks as the rest of the organization waits on developer support. Let everyone create automations, and you get more innovation and faster deployments, but you have to extend more trust to your team. This is the fundamental difference between Workato and Zapier. With sophisticated low-code integration capabilities, Workato is designed for IT teams to build automations for their organizations. Zapier provides no-code tools that let anyone—from sales managers…
With Hotels With Great Taste, we’re pulling back the curtain for a peek at the “special sauce” that hotels use to create memorable, meaningful culinary experiences for their guests.Have you been the victim of a sad hotel breakfast? Those overpriced, overcooked, and underseasoned eggs may not entitle you to compensation, per se, but you certainly deserve a do-over. The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is ready to help you forget the sorry gloopy excuse for Hollandaise of your past.Located in the uber-posh Mayfair neighborhood, with Buckingham Palace just a jaunt across Hyde Park, the Four Seasons at Park…
, I’ve talked a lot about Reterival Augmented Generation (RAG). In particular, I’ve covered the basics of the RAG methodology, as well as a bunch of relevant concepts, like chunking, embeddings, reranking, and retrieval evaluation. The traditional RAG methodology is so useful because it allows for searching for relevant parts of text in a large knowledge base, based on the meaning of the text rather than exact words. In this way, it allows us to utilize the power of AI on our custom documents. Ironically, as useful as this similarity search is, it sometimes fails to retrieve parts of text…
