Starting July 1st, Meta will add “location fees” to ad buys targeting users in six countries — effectively offloading the cost of European digital services taxes onto the advertisers themselves. The numbers. Fees will match each country’s digital services tax rate: France, Italy, Spain: 3% Austria, Turkey: 5% UK: 2% How it works in practice. Per Meta’s email to advertisers — “$100 in ads delivered to Italy will cost $103, plus any applicable VAT on top of that.” The fine print. Peer recommendations are the most trusted information source for B2B buyers, according to a new report from Reddit and SurveyMonkey. AI chatbots ranked near the bottom. What They Found The report surveyed 1,200 U.S. business decision-makers. Among respondents, 73% said they trust peer recommendations when evaluating business purchases. That’s well ahead of vendor websites (55%), search engines (54%), review sites (46%), AI chatbots (39%), and social media (36%). The gap between peer trust and AI chatbot trust stood out. arXiv:2603.05910v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: LLM-powered agents fulfill user requests by interacting with environments, querying data, and invoking tools in a multi-turn process. Yet, most existing benchmarks assume static environments with fixed schemas and toolsets, neglecting the evolutionary nature of the real world and agents’ robustness to environmental changes. In this paper, we study a crucial problem: how to evolve the agent environment in a scalable and controllable way, thereby better evaluating agents’ adaptability to real-world dynamics. We propose ProEvolve, a graph-based framework that makes environment evolution programmable. At its core, a typed relational graph provides a unified, explicit representation…

Abstract datasets are extremely imbalanced, with positive rates below 0.2%. Standard neural networks trained with weighted binary cross-entropy often achieve high ROC-AUC but struggle to identify suspicious transactions under threshold-sensitive metrics. I propose a Hybrid Neuro-Symbolic (HNS) approach that incorporates domain knowledge directly into the training objective as a differentiable rule loss — encouraging the model to assign high fraud probability to transactions with unusually large amounts and atypical PCA signatures. On the Kaggle Credit Card Fraud dataset, the hybrid achieves ROC-AUC of 0.970 ± 0.005 across 5 random seeds, compared to 0.967 ± 0.003 for the pure neural baseline…

B2B buying is rarely straightforward. Purchasing decisions take time, involve multiple people and often come with high risk. Even when the stakes are clear, the right choice isn’t always. Influencers help cut through that—not by selling but by showing what works in practice. When buyers see someone they trust using a product in a way that makes sense, it becomes easier to believe it might work for them too. That’s what makes B2B influencer marketing valuable. It doesn’t simplify the decision—but it does give people more reason to feel confident in it. What is B2B influencer marketing? B2B influencer marketing means working…
