2025 has been an excellent year for TVs, and one of the standout types is mini-LED TVs. We have scored them highly in our reviews, and now they’re getting some of the best Black Friday deals.

While OLED may be one of the most sought-after TV types, mini-LED TV is gaining in popularity. This is thanks mainly to brands like TCL and Hisense, who make mini-LED TVs that pack features and performance far beyond their price tags.

Of these budget TVs, the best deal in the US today is the TCL QM6K 65-inch for $497.99 (was $647.99) at Amazon US. This TV delivers superb bang for your buck and it’s a steal at this price.

If you want a more step-up model, you can’t go wrong with the Hisense 65-inch U8QG for $997.99 (was $1,498) at Amazon. This awesome TV has a stunningly bright picture and is fully featured for gaming.

In the UK, the best deal today is the TCL 55-inch C7K for £579 (was £699) at Currys. That’s a a record-low price for a fantastic mid-range mini-LED TV with premium performance and features.

The next best deal in the UK is actually the Samsung QN90F 55-inch for £899.10 (was £1,299) at Currys. This is a more premium option than the other TVs on the list, but its big saving of £399.90 is too good to ignore.

Some of the TVs on this list feature among the best TVs we’ve tested in 2025. I personally have tested most of the TVs on this list and can say they really do deliver great bang for your buck. While I haven’t tested the US models on this list, I’ve tested or had hands-on time with their UK counterparts.

The TCL QM6K (known as the TCL C6K and TCL Q6C in the UK) is a superb TV that delivers effective local dimming and vibrant colors far beyond what its price would suggest. It also performs well for gaming with a great list of features to match. This is budget mini-LED brilliance personified.

The Hisense U8QG is easily one of the brightest TVs we’ve tested here at TechRadar, hitting 3,337 nits peak HDR brightness. It also offers bold colors and rich contrast. It has a feature set to rival the best gaming TVs and a 9.9ms input lag time for smooth performance, too. This is easily one of the best ‘premium’ affordable mini-LED models.

The TCL QM8K (the UK equivalent is the TCL C8K) is an impressive TV that delivers excellent brightness and accuracy out of the box. It also has wide viewing angles, something mini-LED TVs can struggle with. The QM8K is well equipped for gaming and has solid performance to back it up. We dubbed this ‘TCL’s best mini-LED TV yet’ and for good reason.

I found the Amazon Fire TV Omni Mini-LED’s greatest strength to be its out-of-the-box sports performance. With budget mini-LED TVs, I usually have to mess around with motion settings, but Omni Mini-LED was ready to go. Other than that, it has natural-looking color, solid gaming features and performance, and comes with Fire TV and Alexa built in.

The Hisense U75Q (the Hisense U7Q Pro is its UK equivalent) is another mid-range mini-LED with plenty to like. Its brightness for its price range is staggering and it also demonstrates strong contrast with deep blacks. Gaming is well covered, too, and the Hisense U7Q has the performance to back it up.

The TCL C7K is one of the more impressive TVs I tested this year. With excellent local dimming, vivid colors and a fantastic suite of gaming features, the C7K jumped its way onto our best TV UK list because it really does deliver across the board, all without breaking the bank.

The TV I’m most surprised is on this list is the Samsung QN90F. It’s not a cheap TV by any means, but the UK deal above is worth covering on what is a five-star TV that is perfect for movies, gaming and sports. The introduction of the Glare Free screen was a brilliant idea and means the QN90F is also great if you have a bright room.
