In addition to being oven-safe, these Dutch ovens work on all kind of stovetops, including induction—and they’re pretty enough to put on the table. Staub Black Friday deals
Staub’s enameled cast-iron cookware rivals Le Creuset’s and currently reigns supreme in our Dutch oven testing. The main difference between the brands’ Dutch ovens mostly comes down to the interior enamel. Lift the lid of a Le Creuset Dutch oven, and you’ll find a super-smooth sand-colored interior enamel. Lift the lid of a Staub, and you’ll see a slightly textured black interior enamel. Some home cooks prefer the dark, textured enamel because it offers better searing capability overall and won’t show as much wear over time, but you really can’t go wrong with either. Honesty, the only wrong move would be to pass up this year’s incredible deal on a 4-quart Staub Cocotte. Staub is also offering a great deal on a stoneware bakeware set right now too.

Made In cookware is quickly becoming one of BA’s favorite brands. We’ve been impressed with nearly everything we’ve tried from them, including the flatware, Dutch oven, and enameled cast-iron frying pan. And after lots of testing, its PFAS-free CeramiClad ceramic nonstick frying pans are a top pick thanks to the super-slick coating and durable stainless-steel clad bases. GreenPan Black Friday deals
GreenPan was the first cookware brand to own the healthy or “nontoxic” nonstick cookware category when it launched in 2007 with its ceramic-coated pans. Since then, the category has become very crowded (even Greenspan now offers a dizzying selection), but Greenpan’s best nonstick skillets have continued to outperform most of the competition in our testing. Caraway Black Friday deals
Caraway’s colorful nonstick is nice, but it has yet to outperform its fellow DTC ceramic nonstick cookware competitors in our testing. That said, I still reach for the roomy 4.5-quart sauté pan when I’m making a big meal, and I really like the brand’s equally aesthetic nonstick bakeware. The large baking sheet is my go to for sheet pan dinners and I love how easily the crustless quiches I make for my kids’ breakfast pop out of the nonstick muffin tin (no paper or silicone muffin cups required).
