Every time I take a trip to Costco, I can all but guarantee that a few things are going to end up in my cart that aren’t on the list. This product is made with chicken breast meat, so you don’t have to worry about that weird mystery concoction found in some store-bought nuggets. They’re also nicely seasoned with a decent dose of black pepper—just enough that I can use them in a variety of dishes. In fact, I’ve been surprised at how many different uses I’ve been able to find for these tasty little morsels.

I’ve used Kirkland Signature Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks to make quick stir-fries, tucked them into tacos, and scattered them over a chopped salad. (They make for a ridiculously easy lunch.) It’s great that you don’t even have to think about deep frying these nuggets to get the breading appropriately crunchy, too; the package offers instructions for both oven prep and air frying, and I’ve found that the latter is best for really getting that craggy exterior super crisp. I’ll often leave them in the air fryer for a few minutes longer than recommended for maximum crunch, so they’ll stand up to a big drizzle of barbecue sauce or Frank’s Red Hot.
